Revamp

The realization of the purpose of this blog has made me rethink how I'm going to go about it. Mainly the A Waters Production is what should be simply my showcase of what I am working on. My thought process so far has been a simple blog about current activities of a person named Andrew Waters. While I truly believe that it will be a major portion of this blog...it needs to be so much more! So starting soon I will be remaking this blog into what it should be, a multi-media collection of my works. We shall see how it goes. Good night and stay safe, stay low, and stay off the grid.

Cabin Life

Well done with the Ice Age Trail Alliance trail building event and now am located at our cabin. The last few days have been interesting building a massive deck bridge over a swamp area. While I did enjoy the work and getting outdoors, dealing with some of the lack of organization and agreement on technique in order to accomplish tasks made the work difficult. My father and I did go out fishing twice I'm which he caught a small trout. I think the best part about the whole experience was the amazing cooking done by an elderly women named Thelma. Now I'm up at the cabin where the adventure is constant!

Fly Fishing

Just got done fly fishing on the Eau Clair River at the Eau Clair dells in Wisconsin. While for sure I didn't catch anything, I did however renew my passion for the game. I can't wait to go again tomorrow! Also it was a very quick reminder of that I need to enjoy every moment of this freedom I have because it is not going to last long. I also can not wait to do some regular fishing back at the cabin and send a picture of a fish to Justin.

Trail Building

After a eventful day yesterday working as a canvasser for grassroots campaign in Chicago then having the expectation of going to Denver being stolen away from me. Then deciding not to work there and having to change plans and go build trail in Wisconsin with the father. Well stressful is what yesterday was as today is peaceful. Just enjoying a nice avalanche beer from Denver, Colorado and sitting by a fire! The adventure continues, actually I think the adventure has just begun.

Regular day here in Huntley, Illinois most exciting thing that I have accomplished today...Walked the dog. I guess life is good.

The Off Night

Well got off work at around 5:00pm after a long day of tuning and fixing up bikes. As a group the Whiteman Vega staff went to Taos, New Mexico all piled in a Volvo Station Wagon five guys, five seats. We first stopped at Auto Zone to look for car parts. Then we went Pizza Outback where I had a Calzone with veggies and no cheese . Still getting used to being a Vegan and love it. Before that we went to an organic food store where I got some sweet vegan cookies, Wasabi Seaweed, and some chips. After we ate the pizza we went looking for the tribe gathering and found it but where not willing to pay for the $30 entrance fee.

Drake Relays

Just got done enjoying some track and field events at the Drake Relays. Best event by far was women's high jump. The athletes were so much fun and energetic. Really enjoyed being up close and personal with them. Thanks to Matt Mobley the Social Media man for Drake Athletics I was sitting in row six right at the finish line. It was an intense gathering of athletes from the high school level, colleges, and pros. It was interesting to see how all of the different levels interacted and compared. Most of all to see the divisions of each levels characters that develop at each level is astounding. You can really tell which person puts in the time and effort to be perfect.

Active

Bike Ride, then Yoga, climb, then Red Wings Game... May the adventure continue.

Well I just got the iPod touch and now have a new means to post and keep this blog up to date. More to come soon i promise!

Just uploaded a new The Adventures Continues video to YouTube and hope to get it up on my podcast website. It's of both founders climbing at Climb Iowa right out side of Des Moines.

Ok so I have fallen behind on a new blog...kinda should have expected that if you are a returning visitor. But good news, the video has been outlined and is just waiting to be finalized with commentary from myself and Matt. Working towards really getting this thing started. Much Work to Come.

Well who knew publishing a podcast took going threw so much crap but it will be done soon enough only 2 am right now but I'll get it done tonight....no one will read this for a very long time. I'm just board waiting for another download to complete, hopefully this will be the last one.
